The House Oversight Committee has been examining complex financial arrangements connected to his operations. As part of that process, Richard Kahn, a longtime accountant associated with Epstein’s estate, recently provided testimony regarding financial settlements and transactions that may have supported Epstein’s activities and relationships.
During his testimony, Kahn faced detailed questioning about various financial dealings, including a reported settlement involving a woman who accused former President Donald Trump of sexual assault. That allegation has been publicly denied and remains disputed. Legal experts emphasize that inconsistencies or ambiguities in testimony do not, on their own, establish wrongdoing. However, investigators continue to view financial records as essential tools for understanding how alleged misconduct may have been managed, concealed, or resolved.
