🤩🤩NEW SIGNS. NEW QUESTIONS. 👀 Over three weeks into the investigation in Tucson — and “No Trespᴀssing” signs are now posted outside Nancy Guthrie’s home. Why the sudden change? Standard privacy move… Or a signal something has changed in the case?

More than three weeks into the investigation of Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance from her Tucson, Arizona, home, new developments have raised further questions. On February 24, reporter Brian Entin shared a video via X showing “No Trespassing” signs being erected around the missing 84-year-old’s residence. This move, while aiming to secure the property, has sparked intense debate among online followers of the case. The timing of the signage, nearly a month after Guthrie was reported missing on February 1, has become a point of contention and speculation.

Internet users quickly questioned the origin and implications of the signs. Many wondered whether law enforcement or the family ordered their placement, suggesting different levels of property control or investigative progress. One user highlighted, “If it’s police, that suggests active control of the property. If it’s the family, that suggests something else entirely.” Others expressed bewilderment that such measures weren’t implemented earlier in the investigation, now on day 24. While some debated privacy concerns for public figures, the primary focus remained on deciphering the meaning behind this latest development.

Amidst these new questions, Savannah Guthrie, host of “Today” and Nancy Guthrie’s daughter, issued another heartfelt public plea, announcing a significant $1 million reward for information leading to her mother’s return. She shared her family’s willingness to accept their beloved 84-year-old mother may “have already gone home to the Lord,” but stressed the vital need for answers and her mother’s return home. Nancy Guthrie was last seen on January 31 and was reportedly taken from her home against her will in the early hours of February 1. The Pima County Sheriff’s Department and the FBI continue their active search for her.
